March 19th-Cuban Grilled Cheese- In house slow roasted pork served on grilled sourdough. Topped with White Cheddar cheese, freshly sliced ham, pickle slices and spicy mustard.
March 20th-Bacon Brussel Sprout Burger- Seasoned Brussel sprouts tossed in olive oil with bacon then oven roasted until slightly charred.Piled high on a half pound hand pattied burger with Provolone cheese.
March 21st-NC BBQ Pulled Chicken-Chargrilled chicken breast hand shredded and tossed in a homemade vinegar based BBQ sauce. Topped with homemade coleslaw and served on a grilled brioche bun.
March 22nd-Chicken Alfredo- Grilled chicken breast blackened and served over a bed of fettuccini noodles tossed in homemade Alfredo sauce. Served with a side salad.
