June 20th- Cordon Bleu Pork Tenderloin- Our huge hand pounded hand breaded tenderloin fried and topped with freshly sliced ham and melted Swiss cheese.
June 21st- Honey Jalapeño Chicken- Grilled chicken breast topped with melted Pepper Jack cheese, homemade bacon jam and homemade honey jalapeño sauce.
June 22nd- Corned Beef Sandwich- In house roasted corned beef piled high on rye bread and topped with Swiss cheese and a homemade horseradish mustard.
June 23rd- Blackened Shrimp Salad- Large shrimp blackened and flame broiled served over a bed of lettuce with mixed greens, diced tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, avocado and cucumber slices.
